There are many resources in our literature reference area (R800) and our biography reference area that runs along above the study booths at the far end of the library (R900).
SC stands for story collection in the call number. Most short story collections are on the shelf in fiction, F, under the author’s name.

Use Destiny (the online catalog) to get ideas using author, subject, or keyword searches.   
To search for a particular genre of book use some of the terms below:
